Ingredients: Asam, Shallot, Lemongrass, Chili, Sugar, Salt, Spices and Palm oil.
Cooking Material: 1 packet of House Of Yi Asam Style Fish Instant Paste (180gm)
Direction:
- To Steam: Steam 600gm of fish for 8 minutes, drain out water. Pour in 1 packet House Of Yi Asam Style Fish Instant Paste. Let steam for another 5 minutes.
To Cook: Stir-fly 600gm of prawn, squid or chicken together with paste. Add in 200ml of water (1/2 bowl). Continue cook until boil and serve hot.
